FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Buying

Do you sell new or used structures?

Both. We list used tents and air domes as they become available, and we design, build, and supply new structures — pole tents, frame tents, clear spans, air domes, and metal buildings.

How do I know what size I need?

Tell us how many people you expect, whether they'll be seated or standing, what kind of site you have, and how you'll use the space. We'll help you work out the right size and type.

What sizes do you offer?

Structures big and small. Standard sizes start at 20×30, and custom structure packages can include even smaller tents. We also supply metal buildings and fully custom structures — if you have something specific in mind, ask us. At the other end, we handle very large structures too — our current featured listing is about 64,000 square feet.

Why aren't prices listed?

Every structure and every sale is different. Contact us and we'll give you the full details on any listing.

Can I see the equipment before I buy?

Yes. Contact us and we'll work out an inspection visit with the seller.

Should I get my own inspection?

Yes. We encourage every buyer to engage an independent third-party inspector of their own choosing before purchase, even when an inspection report is already available.

Are the tents fire rated?

Ratings vary by structure. When documentation exists, we'll share it. Requirements also vary by location, so check with the authority that oversees your event or site to confirm what's needed.

Do you sell chairs and other accessories?

Some listings include chairs and other equipment, like the folding chairs offered with our featured tent.

Selling

What kinds of equipment do you help sell?

Tents and air domes big and small, along with related equipment like poles, stakes, sidewalls, and chairs.

How does the process work?

We talk with you about what you have, inspect and document it, then market it to qualified buyers. We bring you every offer, and you make the final decision.

What does the inspection include?

A condition-focused look at the equipment, documented with a written report, photos, and video. It's a representative inspection, not a piece-by-piece inventory.

Do you publish my name or where the equipment is stored?

No. Listings don't include the owner's name or the equipment's location.

Who makes the final decision on a sale?

You do. We present offers. We don't accept deposits or sign purchase agreements on your behalf.

How long does it take to sell?

It depends on the equipment and the buyer. Large structures often sell to organizations with longer budget and approval cycles.

Inspections and disclosure

When you inspect equipment you're also selling, isn't that a conflict?

We serve as both the broker and the inspector on some sales, and we say so in writing. That's why we encourage every buyer to get their own independent inspection before purchase.

What happens if the inspection finds problems?

We document what we find, good and bad, and tell the owner. Buyers who request the media pack see the findings.
