Condition — from the October 2026 inspection
The equipment was inspected on site by Shannon Dowell, Sales Director of Eagle International, who is also the broker for this sale. That dual role is disclosed so all parties can weigh the report accordingly. Three representative vinyl bundles were opened and inspected. In summary:
- Vinyl generally good: no hazing or discoloration, no brittleness or deterioration, coating intact
- Moisture inside the bundles from wet packing; surface dirt and mold/mildew wiped off easily, and material integrity was not affected
- Seams, stitching, heat welds, lace rope, Velcro, and stress points in good condition
- Grommets show surface rust only and are intact
- Poles show surface rust; many interior poles will need cleaning and painting
- One isolated area in one bundle has tears and holes through the vinyl at a reinforced section. It requires a patch
- Recommendation: clean and repack the entire structure before use, and patch the damaged area
Chairs
Approximately 5,000 white folding chairs are available with the tent or separately. The chair count is as reported and was not verified in the inspection.
